AddressDue to expansion our award winning client is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable professional to take care Day-to-day administration of all payment cycle activities.

• Training and leading of Accounts Administrators
• Paying employees by verifying and preparing expense reports
• Send invoices to the appropriate Manager for payment approval
Paying employees by verifying and preparing expense reports
• Send invoices to the appropriate Manager for payment approval
• First point of contact with Debtors chasing payment of invoices
• Verify and process employee expense claims and manage the approval and payment process
• Perform reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations, credit card reconciliations
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
What do you need?
- 2+ years Accounts Payable experience
- Xero & Microsoft excel experience
- Updated CPR & First aid qualification
