The Senior Admin and Assets Coordinator role within the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) plays a crucial part in the department's transformation and modernisation efforts, leveraging digital technologies to reshape operations and work processes. As part of this initiative, the department is establishing an internal Centre of Excellence (CoE) for digital services, aiming to enhance the existing Information and Technology (I&T) branch's role as a high-quality enabler for the broader business.
The Senior Admin and Assets Coordinator will assist with the delivering asset management services, with a particular focus on the procurement, deployment, disposal and control of the Department’s ICT hardware and software assets. This role will also assist in delivering a range of administrative, business, HR, financial and procurement support functions that contribute to the timely and effective operation of the I&T branch.
This role reports to the Business Manager and works closely with key stakeholders, including the Director Digital Delivery, end users and staff across DTF, and external digital partners.

Job Status
This is an initial term contract for 12 months with a possibility of being extended.
Special Conditions
Some out of hours work may be required. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required
The incumbent will be required to participate in the Departmental Performance Management Program
The incumbent may be required to be assigned to other positions at the same remuneration level across the department.
