About the Role
- Provide high level administration support to the Addiction and Mental Health Services leadership team for general administration duties; including the drafting of correspondence, papers, briefs, and other manager support functions within scope to assist the management team to meet the goals of the service.
- Assist the Nurse Manager - Recruitment to coordinate recruitment and establishment management activities for Addiction and Mental Health Services including liaison with candidates, the Metro South Health Recruitment team, the myHR Business System Administrators and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve candidate care by assisting with training and onboarding experiences.
- Provide administration support to project teams and work group initiatives to support the broader strategies of the Addiction and Mental Health Services.
