We are currently seeking a proactive individual for a part-time administrative support role for our CEO and Board of Directors.
As the workplace health and safety and fire safety officer in our organisation, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safety protocols while lending support to the CEO.
The suitable applicant will ideally have:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety or equivalent, or willingness to obtain
- Formal training in relation to fire safety
- Minimum 5 years' experience in diverse office administrative roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Capability to work autonomously or under direction, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business
