About the role
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this role ensures the daily success of our site operations. Responsible for leading the administration team across key tasks such as data entry, minute taking, document management and importantly, effective the role drives a culture of customer service excellence. The position also supports our team through managing asset registers, stationary ordering and assisting in communicating residents personal, financial and social needs to the team.
About you
You’ll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, backed by your outstanding systems skills and experience. Your solutions-focused mindset will empower you to meet and resolve challenges and your commitment to accuracy will ensure the seamless operation of the team. You’ll be flexible, adaptive and thrive in being the ‘go-to’ person in our team. In addition, you will also have:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration as minimum
- Demonstrated experience in rostering is essential
- Previous experience in the Aged Care Industry (desired but not essential)
- Experience in organising meetings, schedules and ensuring BAU runs seamlessly!
- Excellent communication skills across a diverse clientele base and a focus on customer service
- Evidence of Covid and Influenza Vaccination (preferable)
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
