Form of work We are seeking an experienced Senior Completions Administrator for an Owners team vacancy working on multiple Green Energy/Renewables projects. This is a Perth (eastern suburbs) based role and 8-month contract, with an attractive hourly rate on offer. Your Responsibilities: Promote safety within commissioning activities and verify that safety procedures are implemented and followed Lead and Manage CMS Administration direct reports Manage development of plans and procedures related to Completions Management Responsible for ensuring correct population the Systems Completions Database by agreed hierarchy i.e. System, Sub-System, Discipline, Tagged Item. Tracking and Reporting of construction and commissioning status of the project, ensure that daily progress reports are generated and accurate. Issue daily, weekly, and monthly Completion reports, including Tracker (RFC, NOE, PSSR and Punchlist Items) Assist in the development of Quality and Assurance inspection Plans, Inspections and Test Records Manage data population of Completion Management Database, validation, and maintaining the integrity of the database.
