0456 422 269 – Natasha.Pellicano@dffh.vic.gov.auPosition DetailsTHE ROLEThe Senior Adviser works as part of a small team accountable for developing and implementing programs and practices designed to improve workplace culture, Gender Equality and leadership capability at the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.The role may work across a range of projects including leadership development, staff surveys (People Matter), positive workplace culture, embedding the VPS values, strengthening Gender Equality, improving retention of critical workforces, and prevention of bullying and inappropriate behaviour.Key components of the role include: working in partnership with stakeholders across the department to build workplace culture and improve employee engagement, satisfaction and performance; administering, analysing and briefing senior leaders and others on the People Matter Survey and other culture indicators; and supporting and delivering a range of activities and initiatives that build a safe, respectful culture across all departmental locations and workforce groups.Are you:
