The role:
As the Senior Agribusiness Manager, you will be responsible for pro-active management of Agribusiness relationships providing fully integrated corporate solutions, and full portfolio management via growth through existing customer relationships, acquisition of new customers and expense management.
The portfolio has a diverse makeup of medium to large Family and Corporate Agricultural and Post-Farm Gate clients that will provide a unique opportunity to manage complex enterprises and professional relationships. The portfolio has experienced high levels off growth over several years and the opportunities to continue to assist existing a new clients grow their business through unique and innovative lending solutions while leveraging off strong relationships and local markets is a major attribute of the portfolio.
The portfolio offers a unique opportunity to develop Complex Client Relationship Skills whilst providing the opportunity to further enhancing networking techniques, portfolio management and innovative lending solutions.

Day to day responsibilities:
Directly manage a complex portfolio of key clients and influencers
Implement and monitor strategic business plans
Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses
Utilise your networks within pre-farmgate and post-farmgate local markets
Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service
