You will work on developing and implementing Generative AI solutions to transform processes and decision-making across our design, engineering and advisory operations.Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Design, develop and deploy AI solutions that solve real problems such as optimizing design options, streamlining engineering workflows, improving project planning and scheduling, and more.
• Lead AI product development, mentor junior staff and foster code quality and collaboration.
• Work closely with business leaders and end users across departments to identify opportunities where AI can drive process improvements and enhance decision making.
• Rapidly prototype and pilot AI solutions in our fast-paced, agile solution development environment.
• Take ownership of AI products from design through deployment, testing and maintenance.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing AI models and systems to utilize new data, techniques, and technologies.
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations for implementing production-ready AI solutions aligned to industry best practices.
• Stay up to date on the latest AI research and technologies that may benefit the organisation.

We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.As well as experience in a similar role, you will need:

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related technical field
• Strong experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Expertise in languages and frameworks like Python, PyTorch, Langchain, etc
• Experience applying techniques like computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning etc to real-world problems.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to senior leadership.
• Passion for leveraging AI technology to transform and disrupt how we work and how we deliver for our clients.
