Technical Collateral SME

Our client - a well known name within the Banking and Financial services sector - are keen to engage a Technical Writer with expertise in writing of end-user documentation (user and installation manuals).6-month contract initially, with a view to extend / permanencyRequirement:

• Ability to review frequent system updates to update collateral
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for our REST APIs, including API reference documentation, guides, tutorials, and sample code.
• Work closely with software engineers to understand technical concepts and translate them into accessible and user-friendly documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure that documentation aligns with product features and updates.
• Stakeholder engagement

Experience Required:

• Experience with technical systems knowledge and writing
• Strong understanding of RESTful architecture principles and best practices.
• Experience with tools and technologies commonly used in technical writing, such as Markdown, Swagger, or OpenAPI and/or Postman is an API platform for building and using APIs
• Experience with any publishing tool
• Experience with copy writing
• eCommerce and merchant payments experience desirable
