Senior Air Conditioning Installer

About the position 

We are in search of an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Specialist, ready to take on a leadership role within our dynamic and vibrant team. 

This position is dperfect for individuals who have a solid background in Air Conditioning installation, possess the skills and confidence necessary for project management, and are capable of making decisions & leading teams to success. 

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Installation Manager to ensure exceptional results that meet both company and client expectations.

Responsibilities in this role extend beyond mere installation; we are looking for someone who can oversee the entire project lifecycles, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring each project is completed to the highest standard. Although not a requirement, applicants who have experience in fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repair across a variety of HVACR equipment—including package units, split and ducted systems—will be highly regarded.

Our operation covers a  footprint from Surfers Paradise to Byron Bay, and the ability to deliver high-quality service across this area is essential.
