The Role
Due to an increase in Corporate Finance work this small team of 5 requires an additional resource to sit below the manager but above 2 junior staff. In the role you will work on a variety of engagements across valuations, due diligence, IPO's, financial modelling for both buy and sell transactions. The team has a strong record of retaining staff and finding other work for them in quieter times.
The Individual
Being a qualified level accountant you will either come from a big firm background. You will have a strong accounting background but also possess analytical skills including financial modelling and advanced excel. This role is for an immediate start and the firm will look at people of a more senior nature up to manager level.
