Opportunities are plenty for those ready to accept the challenge.This opportunityThe purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery of investor related communications to deliver a step up in disclosure quality and transparency. Reporting to the Investor Relations Manager, this role works closely with senior management and key stakeholders across the company.Responsibilities
- Development of investor communication materials, including presentations, announcements, annual and half-year reporting suites, investor day materials, other external materials and internal Q&As.
- Development and delivery of in-depth analysis of TPG's and competitors. financial and performance to support executives in delivery of financial results and other key investor communications.
- Analysis of broker reports and continuous improvement of market “consensus” models, including periodic/ad-hoc in-depth analysis of sell-side forecast models.
- Preparation of audience-appropriate Investor Relations internal reporting such as monthly board papers and quarterly market updates, to support communication to TPG's Board, leadership group and broader employee base.
- Preparation of monthly and semi-annual strategic shareholder reporting materials, including local market questionnaires and responding to strategic shareholder information requests.
- Fielding queries from market participants and facilitation of timely responses to queries, consistent with TPG's market communications policies and disclosure obligations.
- Taking ownership of quality control of key documents produced by the Investor Relations team, with a particular emphasis on ensuring there are zero typographical, grammatical and formatting errors.
- Development, organisation and execution of investor targeting and engagement programs such as roadshows.
- Attending meetings with market participants, taking accurate notes of topics and recording in a timely fashion, and ensuring action items are followed up.
- Maintenance of timely and accurate calendars and records of engagement and contact with market participants.
- Minimal five years' experience in Investor Relations, finance, or related fields.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated experience in producing quality and impactful external communications material.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of capital markets and ESG matters.
- Strong conceptual and quantitative skills in producing financial analysis.
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- AIRA Diploma desirable.
