About your new role
As a Senior Application Analyst, you'll be responsible for application management functions for your assigned application. We currently have two fixed- term opportunities to support 'Customer at the Centre' applications.
As part of your role, you'll be developing applications, managing changes, enhancing systems, and implementing upgrades. You will need an understanding and awareness of multiple domains and interdependencies, even those outside the platform's usual focus.

We're looking for people who have:
- Qualifications in Business Management, Information Technology or significant equivalent knowledge and experience
- Experience in configuring, supporting and managing similar applications
- Proven ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, influencing constructive outcomes and resolution of issues
- Passion and drive to optimise customer investments
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Innovative thinking with the ability to bring new ideas and challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement
