Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Application Packaging Engineer to manage application packaging in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune for distribution to desktop and server endpoints. This role involves designing, developing, coordinating, and managing application packaging projects. The chosen candidate will automate the installation and configuration of Windows applications, configure security patch delivery, feature updates, drivers, language packs, and vulnerability fixes for both Windows servers and desktops. Additionally, they will conduct Root Cause Analysis and remediation efforts on major Windows application packaging and deployments, diagnose deployment issues, and coordinate package improvements/fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate the installation and configuration of Windows applications, security patch delivery, feature updates, drivers, language packs, and vulnerability fixes for both Windows servers and desktops in a format compatible with Intune and SCCM.

• Design, develop, coordinate, and manage application packaging projects.

• Package applications and software updates using a scripting language.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and remediation efforts on major Windows application packaging and deployments.

• Diagnose Windows application deployment issues and coordinate package improvements/fixes.
