Senior Application Packaging Engineer (NV1 required)

Summary
The Senior Application Packaging Engineer will be responsible for undertaking application packaging in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune for distribution to the required desktop and server endpoints.
The Senior Application Packaging Engineer will manage and organises their own work in the context of competing priorities, including contributing to business planning, changes in workplace practices and business improvement strategies.
Key Tasks/Duties/Requirements
- Automate the installation and configuration of Windows applications (package), configure security patch delivery, Windows feature updates, drivers, language packs, and vulnerability fixes for both windows servers and desktop in a format compatible with Intune and SCCM.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and remediation efforts on major Windows application packaging and deployments.
- Diagnose Windows application deployment issues and coordinate package improvements/fixes.
- Design, develop, coordinate, and manage application packaging projects.
- Package applications and software updates using a scripting language.
Mandatory Criteria
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Automate the installation and configuration of Windows applications (package), configure security patch delivery, Windows feature updates, drivers, language packs, and vulnerability fixes for both windows servers and desktop in a format compatible with Intune and SCCM.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in the design, develop, coordinate, and manage application packaging projects.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in the package applications and software updates using a scripting language.
