SalaryA boutique Architecture Studio, based in Surry Hills, are looking to hire a new team member on a permanent basis.
This firm is a multiple award winner and are highly regarded within their industry for their unique design aesthetic.
They are primarily known for their work on high-end singles dwellings and boutique/luxery multi-story developments. However, they have also been hugely successful in delivering much loved hotels and bars/restaurants in New South Wales.
Role
They are looking to appoint and technically strong Architectural Technician to act as a guiding hand in the office and to support the two Directors with documentation quality standards.
This is an all-round role which will include elements of:
- Set up projects and dimension buildings for the more junior members of the team
- Contract Admin
- Site/Project coordination
- Handle RFI's
- Resolve technical issues on site
- Quality Assurance
- Consultant co-ordination
