In this role, you will be joining a team of real estate professionals who will be able to offer support and training to help progress your career.
This is a fantastic opportunity that has become available for Property Managers within a supportive and friendly team environment.
Salary will be based on experience.
Duties including:
- Develop relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Manage arrears.
- Organize repairs and maintenance and liaise with tradespeople.
- Oversee rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings.
- Opportunities for regular training and professional development
Skills and experience
- Current Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate License essential
- Must have a strong knowledge of the NSW real estate legislation.
- Knowledge of PropertyME an advantage but not essential
- Valid driver’s license and roadworthy and registered vehicle essential
- Excellent time management, great organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
