Monday - Friday, this is your chance to join a strong Property management division with a locally based portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Looking after 180 properties - all local to Fairfield area
- Effectively liaise with tenants & landlords
- Attending Tribunals
- Conduct incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Working towards targets and KPIs
- You will have 1 year of experience in Property Management, a leasing consultant stepping up!
- A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
- Strong attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- Must be a team player and have a good nature
- You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
