Our Melbourne practice is growing and we are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute corporate lawyer at a Senior Associate level, to join our team. You must have a minimum of 5+ years post admission experience and be looking to take the next step in your career.
Our clients are primarily listed companies and medium to large sized unlisted companies. You can expect to be involved in transactions in:
- Equity Capital Markets (ECM)
- Public and Private M & A
- Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Funds Management
To be considered, it is essential that you can demonstrate strong drafting and communication skills in corporate and commercial transactions and have a working knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules. In addition, you will possess a professional work ethic and be able to work well in a team environment to deliver quality advice and commercial outcomes for our clients.
