About the teamOur Public and Product Liability practice group is one of the largest in Australia, consisting of six Partners. Whilst it is a large team, team members are not simply a 'cog in the wheel'. About the roleWith a consistent increase in work from some of Australia's largest insurers, our Public and Product Liability practice group have a new opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join their team.Working collaboratively with Partners on an interesting mix of work, this is a senior position which will see you working directly with clients, insurers and other Lawyers running matters and attending to all stages of the litigation process with limited supervision. You will also be encouraged to participate in business development and mentoring of graduates and solicitors in the team.
About youIdeally, you will be a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, and have extensive experience with personal injury claims on the defendant side.If you have experience in other areas of insurance such as WorkCover and a genuine interest in personal injury, we encourage you to apply.
