About the Role:

Our client is seeking a motivated & skilled lawyer with 4-6 years of post-admission experience in Commercial Litigation & disputes to join their Brisbane team as a Senior Associate. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work alongside the accredited specialists. • Contractual and commercial disputes
• Property and leasing disputes
• Corporations Act and insolvency disputes
• Regulatory and administrative law matters
• Intellectual property and technology issues

Key Requirements:

• 4-6 years of PAE in Commercial Litigation in private practice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to achieve billable targets
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proven track record of managing complex legal matters
