Position: Part Time Rostering Officer Location: South West Care Services

Core Objectives:
Proactive Inquiry Handling: Assist the Service Manager with handling incoming inquiries and service requests.
Schedule Management: Assist the Service Manager in managing Care Worker and client schedules, ensuring service delivery aligns with client care plans.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and company requirements.
Recruitment Participation: Participate in pre-screening, scheduling, and conducting Care Worker interviews regularly.
File Review: Review existing Client/Care Worker files and records to answer requests for information from partnered service providers.
Database Maintenance: Update and maintain South West Care Services’ Employee Database, Client Database, Complaints and Compliments Records.
Qualifications:
Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Ageing and Disability, or related qualifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Community Services (desirable).
Valid NSW Working with Children Check.
Valid National Australian Police Check.
Valid First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
New South Wales Driver’s License (unrestricted, desirable).
Experience:
Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience as a Rostering/Administration Officer.
Experience working within strict timeframes and in a fast-paced environment.
Previous professional experience in the health/aged care or community services sector (preferred).
Familiarity with legal and corporate rules and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other general computer programs.
Knowledge of Home Care Packages and NDIS (desirable).
Understanding of current safe work practices (desirable).
