Role Overview: A globally recognised Law Firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Associate to join their dynamic Construction Litigation team. This role focuses on managing and leading various litigation cases, particularly disputes in the Queensland building industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage day-to-day litigation cases in Queensland state Courts and Tribunals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of junior solicitors, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate closely with Partners to ensure strategic litigation planning and execution.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring high-quality legal service.
• Lead trial preparations and represent clients in court with excellent presentation and argumentation.
• Engage in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and strengthen relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in construction law litigation.
• Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle complex legal challenges with professionalism and composure.
• Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
