We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join this Mergers & Acquisitions team based in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and will play a pivotal role in the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough due diligence and draft transactional documents.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on a range of M&A matters.

• 8+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
