Role
This successful applicant will be a member of the insolvency team working closely with partners and other solicitors in providing advice and representation to (primarily) insolvency practitioners, finance providers and private clients.
The role will primarily be working one-on-one with a partner with a specialist insolvency and restructuring practice. The role has opened up due to an influx of work and will be a great opportunity for the right person to be mentored directly in a close-knit team.
The role involves a great mix of both advice work, litigation and court work and disputes.
About you
Our ideal candidate is an experienced solicitor, who has solid legal skills and commercial nous in a private practice/ corporate and commercial environment. Associate level solicitors looking to step up into a Senior Associate role are encouraged to apply.
This position is suited to a team player who has well-rounded technical ability and attention to detail; is a safe pair of hands; has excellent communication and organisational skills; and who is client-focused, driven, commercial in their approach, and able to think outside the square in terms of their career and developing their practice area.
The team require a motivated and ambitious lawyer who is proactive and eager to get involved in all aspects of Holman Webb’s culture, whilst supervising, training and mentoring junior staff.
