The role
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Associate/ Special Counsel to join our Sydney team on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will be part of a dedicated and experienced team, responsible for overseeing a range of sensitive claims with reputable clients including insurers, religious institutions and not-for-profit organisations.
If you are an experienced lawyer looking to take your career to the next level, with a genuine pathway to Principal, this role is for you.
Who we are seeking
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- 5+ years post admission experience, gained predominantly in the area of Insurance Litigation with sensitive claims as part of their practice;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and other practitioners;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and
- A keen eye for detail and excellent time-management skills.
