Our successful applicant will be the face of our busy workshop and may be located at two different locations. You must be a team player and possess a positive, vibrant and friendly attitude, as you are the first point of contact with our valued customers and suppliers and reflects our commitment to quality and service. We are seeking someone who will make our customers feel welcome with your brilliant customer service and genuine smile!
Service Receptionist Duties!
· To provide front of office services in a mature, positive and friendly attitude
· Greeting all customers, suppliers and visitors to workshop
- Answering phones, make customers bookings & taking messages
- Growing and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Resolving & assisting with customer concerns
- Assisting with workshop control
- Invoicing and maintaining control of all invoices from suppliers
- General office administrative duties
- Ensuring a presentable reception area.
- Ordering stock for technicians
- Pricing out automotive repairs/quotes
- Ordering stationery and supplies
· Previous administrative experience (automotive experience would be looked at favourably)
· Punctual, honest and reliable
· Able to work autonomously and be responsible for own self motivation
· Must be fluent in English
· Proficient in word, outlook, excel and strong computer skills
· Rights to work in Australia

· Efficient administration and demonstrated time-management skills
· High attention to detail
· Ability to work in accordance with all OHS policies and procedures
· Full drivers licence with no restrictions
