Our Home & Investment Lending teams play a critical role in making this happen, helping customers achieve their home and investment property goals. As the Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager, you will be a key leader for the team in the [region] sharing your deep lending expertise with more junior lenders, mentoring other managers and empowering everyone to do their best work. As the go-to-person for your team, you will solve complex problems and challenges while always focusing on the customer's financial wellbeing and providing an exceptional experience.
By taking a holistic approach and building deep relationships, you will foster strong, long-term home owner relationships. You will leverage your market knowledge and trends to identify and lead business development opportunities, embed best practice, grow customer relationships and contribute to portfolio growth.

Able to leverage trends to identify and lead business development opportunities
Able to lead strategic initiatives to embed best practice, grow customer relationships and contribute to portfolio growth
Adept at enhancing the financial wellbeing of Retail customers with complex lending needs
Proficient in building and maintaining exceptional customer and community relationships, proactively managing customer portfolios to maximise retention
