This is a fantastic opportunity for a BI Analyst ( SQL / Tableau / Alteryx ) to be a part of their Transformation and strategy team, working closely with project sponsors, managers and Business Systems.
The BI Analyst ( SQL / Tableau / Alteryx ) will be responsible for delivering analytics and reporting to support their operational requirements, transformation and strategy projects, offering support across the whole of the business, including: Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Finance and HR as
well as project-based work.
The team is made up of both Analysts and Data Scientists, meaning collaboration across cutting edge tech.
If you have Tableau and Alteryx skills, experience with Data Analytics and strong communication skills, this could be for you!
Roles and responsibilities:
- Own and manage relevant data and analytics platforms as well as reporting tools
- Develop content that will support exec level presentations and reports to achieve buy-in
- Use operational data to create dashboards and metrics for transformation and strategy
- Support business units on ad-hoc data analysis work and visualisation
- Work with the transformation and strategy team to identify improvement opportunities through data
- Assist in the planning and delivery of value creation opportunities across the company

- Data Analysis experience
- Reporting and visualisation skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- Background in consulting or health (desirable)
- Experience with CRM data and applications (salesforce) would be a bonus.
