Current Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Officer to join our team! This exciting opportunity will see you take on a pivotal role in our finance function, overseeing payroll and finance compliance, and utilizing your advanced knowledge of MYOB Account Right to drive efficiency and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, banking, and regular reconciliations
- Processing weekly payroll and handling employee expense reimbursements
- Assisting with data entry for creditors and debtors
- Preparing financial reports, summaries, and analysis for management review
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Calculating and processing Payroll Tax, IAS, BAS, and superannuation payments
- Communicating with customers and suppliers via email and phone
