Our business totals approx. 150-170 fulltime staff making us the leading pure fire services firm in Queensland.

Current Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Officer to join our team! This exciting opportunity will see you take on a pivotal role in our finance function, overseeing payroll and finance compliance, and utilizing your advanced knowledge of MYOB Account Right to drive efficiency and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, banking, and regular reconciliations
  • Processing weekly payroll and handling employee expense reimbursements
  • Assisting with data entry for creditors and debtors
  • Preparing financial reports, summaries, and analysis for management review
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
  • Calculating and processing Payroll Tax, IAS, BAS, and superannuation payments
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers via email and phone
