The Permanent Accounts Assistant role is predominantly Accounts Receivable, based in South Gold Coast. Your new company

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to, preparing end-of-month client subscription billing, managing accounts receivable and monitoring cash flow, bank reconciliations, assisting with monthly and annual reporting cycles, and making collection calls to delinquent debtors as well as general adhoc administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to demonstrate impeccable communication skills and be a personable team-player. A steady background working within a similar role specialising in Accounts Receivable will be desirable, along with advanced Excel skills and experience in MYOB is beneficial.
