Is a mining company based in West Perth. This company is currently looking for a Mandarin-speaking Senior Bookkeeper to start in a stand-alone role. You will be responsible for managing the end to end finances of the company while partnering with company directors.
Your new role
- Accounts Payables
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll processing
- Working with XERO software
- Daily banking, including bank reconciliation
- Payroll data entry and processing
- Preparation for the monthly BAS and GTS
- Adhoc administration duties when required
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous stand-alone bookkeeper experience, ideally within the mining sector, however, this is not essential. You will be fluent in English and Mandarin and be able to communicate with company directors. Experience with XERO is essential. You will have excellent communication, organisational and attention to detail.
