With our HQ in Brisbane, we also have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington. Your day-to-day...

• Build detailed project plans, communicate status and risks to partners regularly, and ensure successful completion of projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape technical requirements and business processes, breaking them down into actionable components for the development team.
• Work closely with engineers and architects to comprehend product architecture and develop comprehensive solutions, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Manage complex dependencies and projects with a broad scope across the company, promoting change and best practices in execution.
• Facilitate the collaboration of cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication to drive delivery execution.

What you’ll bring...

• Strong technical understanding of system design, architecture, and APIs, with the ability to translate goals into technical problems and programs.
• Proven experience in defining and running end-to-end complex technical programs, with excellent project planning and communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend fundamental challenges and collaborate with partners to develop solutions that align with the company's objectives.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and make data-informed decisions, balancing speed of delivery with risk management.
• Familiarity with the betting industry and its specific challenges, with a willingness to develop domain expertise in this area.
• Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and technical requirements scope.
