About the Role
Overview: Join the dynamic NAC Consulting team as we embark on an exciting growth journey in the rapidly evolving field of business analysis and project delivery. We are currently seeking both a Senior Business Analyst and a Business Analyst to contribute their skills and enthusiasm to our vibrant work environment.
As part of the NAC team, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects spanning across Australia, with the potential for projects across the Asia Pacific and North American regions. These roles will demand a focus on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Next-Generation Analytics (NGA).

Locations: Positions available in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. Flexible work arrangements are available.
Specific Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Senior Business Analyst:
- Lead the analysis of complex business processes and systems, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Mentor and guide BAs and team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions to understand business objectives and deliver innovative solutions that meet their needs.
- Drive the adoption of AI and NGA technologies, leveraging your expertise to shape the future of our business.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
Business Analyst:
- Support senior team members in conducting analysis of business processes and requirements, providing and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Assist in the development of business requirements documents and solution proposals, contributing to the success of projects from inception to completion.
- Participate in workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, utilising your communication and interpersonal skills.
- Take advantage of training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge and expertise in AI and NGA technologies, positioning yourself for future growth and advancement.
Experience/Qualifications
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, related field, or demonstrable working experience.
- Senior Business Analyst: Several years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in driving business transformation initiatives. Insurance and finance experience preferred.
- Business Analyst: Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, with a passion for learning and a desire to develop their skills in business analysis. Prior experience in insurance and finance is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI and NGA, with a willingness to invest in training and development to enhance your skills.
- Willingness to travel to work on projects across Australia, as well as within the Asia Pacific and North American regions.
