The Opportunity
As Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice and expertise to support analysis and business optimisation for our clients' applications.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders, to gather and understand requirements for various systems.
Analyse requirements and contribute to translation of and documenting technical specifications for integration and implementation purposes.
Assess and report on the technical feasibility of implementing the desired functionalities within the given constraints, such as time, budget, and available resources. Identify and report any potential technical challenges or limitations.
Analyse existing software systems to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
Where appropriate, provide technical expertise and support to both internal teams and external clients.
Develop strong working relationship with all stakeholders across the client network.
Contribute to all project deliverables including (not limited to):
Develop and present analysis reports, including findings, recommendations, and organisational impacts.
Development of use cases, stories and process flows.
Development of prioritisation matrix, validation reports and implementation roadmaps.
Encourage safe work practices and embody KBR's Zero Harm Policy in all aspects of work, including the planning and delivery of KBR safety outcomes as part of KBR's MSP day-to-day business activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Degree in Business, Engineering or IT, or significant relevant work experience.
- Experience in Defence Systems Environment.
- Project Management skills and experience.
- Strong relationship skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Current Defence Security Clearance - Baseline (or higher)
Desirable
- Experience working in a Defence network/systems environment.
