We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst for a dynamic contract role. This position is pivotal in managing and optimising key business systems and processes. - Analyse business requirements for Payroll and T&A digital transformation
- System Management: Oversee and respond to requests in our primary system management tool.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system audits and coordinate bi-annual updates with service providers.
- Issue Resolution: Address challenges in our central employee system, focusing on both performance and procedural aspects.
- Collaboration and Analysis: Partner with our People & Culture team to diagnose system or procedural issues, gathering necessary data and insights.
- Problem-Solving: Work closely with technical and procedural specialists to determine the origins of issues and develop viable solutions.
- Project Management: Lead the implementation of solutions, coordinating with Business Process Owners and relevant stakeholders through structured project sprints.
- Testing Coordination: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT), ensuring robust and thorough evaluation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive analysis to assess the impact of issues, aid in designing solutions, and refine post-implementation adjustments.
- Documentation: Regularly update and maintain process documentation to align with new solutions and improvements.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, People Central, SharePoint, Promapp, and Jira.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR/IR processes.
- Understanding of software bug resolution and enhancement processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of quick system and process comprehension.
