Our client is an emerging Australian Financial Services organisation who are undertaking significant Technology transformation. As a result there are a number of business critical projects underway and a strong focus on Data Compliance and practises for the organisation.
In order to assist with identifying how data is used and retained for the organisation an experienced Business Analyst is required for an initial short term engagement (6-8 weeks) to document both internal and external Data retention points and work with the business to determine appropriate data retention processes required moving forward.
Please note this is Not a Technical role, it is a business focussed role for an individual with a demonstrable background working on similar Data Compliance activities.
Key Requirements
- 5+ Years experience in a Senior Business/Process Analyst capacity.
- Process Certification such as Six Sigma would be beneficial.
- Must have Prior experience working on Data Compliance & Policy type projects.
- Extensive experience in developing Process Flows, Procedures and Policy documentation.
- Strong background in documenting Operational Processes.
- MUST be highly proactive and be willing to take the initiative in progressing with delivering on the objectives.
- Experienced in working in a complex Stakeholder Environment requiring you to seek out information.
- MUST have Strong Core Business Analysis skills including Project Scoping, Requirement Elicitation and Documentation, Process Mapping & Facilitating Workshops.
- MUST have exceptional Stakeholder Engagement and Communication skills.
- MUST be able to attend Melbourne CBD office and WFH as required.
- Experience with both AGILE and Waterfall project methods.
- Excellent Planning and Organisational skills.
