MELBOURNE - MALVERN EAST - SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - PERM ROLE UP TO $150,000 SALARY

Talenza have been engaged by a leading organisation in the early education space! They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on a huge Transformation piece of work with a large project pipeline.

The Senior Business Analyst will take on a leadership role during a period of transformation for the business. They will be responsible for driving the business analysis function, mentoring analysts, and contributing to the direction of the agile function as they level up their Agile practices. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with senior stakeholders, provide thought leadership and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects within the agile framework.

This role is to bring a higher level of expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to the business analysis function. Contribute to the success of projects, initiatives, and the organization as a whole by providing advanced insights, driving effective solutions, and elevating the role of business analysis within the organization.

This role will suit candidates who are based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and there is on site car parking available.

Role Requirements

• Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years experience.
• Experience working in multiple sectors & projects.
• Lead and oversee the business analysis function within the agile transformation team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor and coach Business Analysts, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth.
• AGILE EXPERT (Scrum, leading stand ups & daily sprint sessions)
• Functional Business focused Business Analyst (Non Technical)
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and senior management to define and prioritize the product backlog, aligning it with business goals and objectives.
