Job Responsibilities: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the Transforming of Council program, focusing on identifying and documenting process maps and requirements to drive organisational benefits.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Project Managers, Vendors, Change Managers, and internal subject matter experts to define and validate requirements and solutions.
• Capturing identified needs and requirements through various means such as user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, business rules, process maps, and wireframes.
• Reviewing UAT Test Plans and Test Cases to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Planning, facilitating, and documenting outcomes of workshops with stakeholders to elicit and validate processes and requirements.

• Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology or a related field, or substantial industry experience. Professional certification in Business Analysis is highly regarded.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud solutions, particularly in Finance, is highly desirable.
• Substantial experience documenting accurate requirements under Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Significant relevant experience in a Business Analyst role across complex projects.
