This pivotal role involves shaping and refining Service Delivery practices to align with industry best practices.Responsibilities

• Identify and document IT service management requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement policies, processes, and procedures aligned with the ITIL framework.
• Coordinate Agile processes and methodologies, including managing the ServiceNow application.
• Provide program and project delivery schedules, along with required reporting.
• Offer ServiceNow support to introduce enhanced delivery workflows.
• Foster organisational capability and responsiveness, particularly in Service Delivery innovation.
• Provide leadership in Agile processes and methodologies.
• Engage with stakeholders to support continual improvement processes.

Deliverables

• Policy, process, and procedure documents aligned with ITIL framework.

Essential Criteriaa. Experience in leading in an Agile environment and working with Agile support systems.b.
