RACV is continuing an exciting transformational journey that is revolutionising the way in which we work, and the products and services we offer our members and customers into the future.
The Senior Business Analyst (Senior BA) role will focus on a range of significant projects from simple to high complexity impacts across RACV.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the BA Practice Team Leader, the Senior BA plays a critical role within Program Management Department. The Senior BA will front up any ideas put forward by the business and will lead and drive business analysis activities working in collaboration with Technology stakeholders (e.g., Salesforce architects, technical and digital SMEs) and the business. The Senior BA will collaborate closely with the business to gain an in-depth understanding of the business need and processes, identify and document business solutions and to-be requirements in the context of business strategy, operational, financial and technological risks, facilitating transition to support and post-implementation activities, aligned to project or agile squad outcomes.
This could be just the right role for you
The Senior BA plays the critical lead role of being the bridge between the business and technology. While the BA Practice Team Leader provides direction and leadership, the Senior BA is expected to be a self-starter and maintain a proactive approach when engaging with the business. As we invest in your career and development, you will have the opportunity to coach and support other members of the BA Practice.
