Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
Develop and document digital product strategies, influencing vision, goals, and success metrics.
Analyse clients' businesses for innovation opportunities, shaping organisational strategy.
Educate stakeholders on product insights and success metrics.
Collaborate with UX designers for competitor analysis and comparison.
Lead tactical approaches for products, advising Product Owners on ROI and value proposition.
Implement analytics tools to inform decision-making and author compelling business cases.
Projects:
Conduct stakeholder analysis and lead requirements elicitation workshops, ensuring traceability.
Collaborate with UX designers for user research, validating assumptions and documenting findings.
Facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings for effective project execution.
Commercial/Account Management:
Support Commercial team in writing proposals, RFPs, and statements of work.
Assist in estimating Business Analyst effort for new project opportunities.
Formulate strategies for managing client engagement in collaboration with client stakeholders.
Leadership:
Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
Contribute to project communications, internal processes, and ways of working.
Fulfil the role of Product Owner when required.
Contribute to BA practice development, staying updated on trends and best practices.
Coach and mentor team members, fostering their development.
Functional Skills:
Write and maintain high-quality requirements using Agile methodologies.
Produce Business, Functional, and Non-Functional Requirements.
Devise performance/success metrics for products and services.
Identify and raise project risks, proposing mitigation actions.
Perform acceptance testing, including raising issues and new requirements.
Review less senior colleagues' work through peer reviews.
