AddressI'm working with a large Federal Government department to find a Senior Business Architect.
This is an initial 12 month initial contract with 2 x 12 month extensions. This position is based in Canberra.
You will be required to:
- Have extensive experience leading and guiding Business Architecture framework decisions and endorsement.
- Have strong experience in implementing industry standard to complex Business Architecture frameworks.
- Develop architectural artefacts including working models of business, information, application and infrastructure architecture layers
- Attend and participate in Departmental architectural forum, including involvement with the required governance processes and presentations to the relevant governance boards
- Contribute technical experience and knowledge to support the capital investment planning processes
- Provide advice to project teams and senior executive on complex projects
- Work within a project team, liaise with project managers, developers, vendors, senior managers and clients to ensure solution designs meet user needs and deliver expected business outcomes
- Contribute to and review solution architecture and solution design documentation
- In support of the Project lead, provide guidance and support to multi-disciplinary teams across business, application, information and solution architects and business analysts
- Work with the business area to unpack their business related capabilities including all the fundamental inputs to capability (FIC) and to undertake capability maturity assessments
- Be an Australian citizen
- Have an NV1 active security clearance as a minimum
