The role:
Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Change and Training and Principal Business Change Officer, the Senior Business Change Officer will coordinate, develop and deliver Business Change initiatives within Information Management (IM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) programs and projects.
This will include:
- Coordinating Business Change activities within an IM/ICT program/projects(s), including Business Change management, benefits realisation, communications, stakeholder engagement and training.
- Developing and delivering Business Change management deliverables to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of IM/ICT program/project(s) which meets business needs.
- Contributing to the realisation of business benefits by monitoring, gathering, and analysing of data to support the measurement and reporting of benefits throughout the project lifecycle and post implementation.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with and between key stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
- Encouraging the use of effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
- Developing and delivering workshops to enhance organisational capability in change management.
- Completing other Business Change related tasks as assigned by the Principal Business Change Officer/Manager.
