About the Role: As the Senior P&C Business Partner, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality advice and support to leaders and employees, ensuring excellence in all people-related activities. Working closely with the P&C Manager and our tightknit, dynamic P&C team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our P&C function and contributing to the achievement of our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders to provide advice, coaching, and support on all people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Lead P&C initiatives, including such as Health and Wellbeing Programs and Diversity and Inclusion Strategies, to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
- Coach and support leaders in navigating performance-related issues and managing grievances or misconduct effectively.
- Develop, implement, and review HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives and the compliance with legislation.
- Manage talent acquisition activities, ensuring contemporary recruitment methods and seamless onboarding processes for new employees.
- Analyse HR metrics and data to identify insights, trends, and potential issues, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Build effective partnerships with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
Selection Criteria: We are seeking candidates with:
- Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Considerable experience in a Senior P&C Business Partner role or similar, with a focus on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment processes, performance management, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary HR practices, industrial relations frameworks, and legislation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace environment.
