- Working in collaboration with the General Manager and Finance department to improve operational efficiency and adapt cost minimisation processes
- Provide advice to the General Manager with respect to the governance and corporate restructure of all Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for projects of the company
- Develop plans and programs for change implementation in the organisation including improvement of workflows and procedures for the management of contractors.
- Identifying operational weaknesses and report to management.
- Advise on business restructuring having regard to current and future market trends.
Qualification from a commerce and business discipline highly regarded.
Employment experience
At least 5-10 years of relevant work experience in a senior corporate setting.
Experience in regional cities residential and property developments highly regarded.
