- Oversee the site Business Improvement program, developing and maintaining project tools.
- Provide on-the-job coaching for continuous improvement efforts.
- Lead site implementation activities for selected element groups, aiming for Maturity 3.
- Govern the site Business Improvement program, integrating it into the site leadership cadence.
- Assist process owners in assessing and improving process maturity.
- Provide coaching for system and process improvements.
- Facilitate risk and opportunity identification, develop controls, and realise benefits.
- Assist in developing and deploying the continuous improvement toolkit.
- Manage effective resource use, supporting site and group goals.
- Support General Managers in scheduling improvement activities and resource assignment.
- A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Engineering or related discipline or relevant experience.
- Lean Six Sigma (ideally Black Belt or higher) and/or similar Business Improvement certification.
- Experience leading Kaizen events would be highly beneficial.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills - ideally with producing Power BI reports.
- Extensive experience using Business Improvement processes within mining, manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Demonstrated workshop facilitation capability.
- Project team leadership experience.
