Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client's Business Intelligence (BI) systems. You will be responsible for designing and implementing new BI solutions, managing the data warehouse environment, and providing expert advice to stakeholders. Your insights will drive strategic planning, evidence-based decision-making, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and priorities.
- Plan and implement best-practice processes and standards for analytics development and data warehousing.
- Design, build, and maintain Microsoft SQL databases and ETL processes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Tableau.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to enhance BI tool utilization across the organization.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in BI development.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, Tableau, and MS SQL data warehousing.
- Experience with ETL processes, Alteryx, and Kimball methodologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
