About the opportunity
We are currently undertaking a transformation to meet our strategic growth objectives in line with the transition to renewable energy. The Senior Business Process Analyst will lead end-to-end process development and improve Business Process Management maturity across the business.
- Provide strategic guidance to the Business Process function.
- Develop and maintain the Business Process framework and roadmap.
- Manage delivery of Business Process deliverables to meet standards, milestones, and customer expectations.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into process enhancements.
- Identify and drive resolution of process inefficiencies to eliminate barriers to organisational success.
- Working with the Business Process owners, lead the development, documentation and delivery of end-to-end process and value chains.
- Support the Transformation Office with new initiatives and projects including.
This role is a fixed term contract; starting in April/May 2024 and finishing in January 2025 (approximately).
About you
- Proven experience in Business Process analysis preferably within the Utilities sector, Infrastructure or Engineering sector.
- Experience leading Process Excellence and Business Process Management maturity uplift
- Competent using the ARIS Architect toolset, preferred.
- Significant experience in mapping and development of Business Processes to drive efficiencies.
- Understanding of functional capabilities and Business Processes across business functions.
- Adept at adjusting priorities to deliver value in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
